How often are sessions? Sessions are scheduled at the same time weekly. We have found this provides the best and most consistent results in therapy. After your child has reached their goals, your child will graduate therapy or taper off sessions to every other week or once a month.

Does taking my child to therapy make me a bad parent? Absolutely not! When your child is physically injured, you take them to the doctor. When your child is struggling with mental health you take them to a therapist. Seeking help for your child means you love and care for them enough to get the support they need!

Does therapy mean my child is ‘crazy’? This is a common misconception! We believe therapy is for everyone!
