I help kids, teens and adults navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.
Being a human today is hard. Whether you're a parent watching your child struggle with anxiety, school avoidance, or emotional outbursts—or you're an adult dealing with stress, burnout, relationship issues, or low self-worth—you don't have to face it alone.
As a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with children (ages 5+), teens, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relational stress. My approach is creative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including play therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based work.
I meet each client where they are. With children, that often looks like play-based sessions that feel both fun and safe, while still gently encouraging growth and development. With teens and adults, I offer a supportive space to explore what's happening beneath the surface, while also developing the skills and insights needed to move forward.

My background includes an MBA and experience in business leadership, which provides me with a strategic, goal-oriented perspective when working with clients. Therapy can be both deeply supportive and practical, helping clients of all ages feel more confident and equipped to manage what life throws their way.
I also collaborate closely with parents, ensuring they feel empowered and informed as we support their child's emotional growth.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our son, and our three dogs—whether we're exploring the outdoors or cooking together at home. I know that healing occurs through connection, and my goal is always to foster meaningful and authentic relationships with my clients and their families.
If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, I'd be honored to walk with you. Let's take the next step together.
